Obstacle Course Training

Obstacle course racing is a fairly new sport that took South Africa by storm in 2014 and has grown into a popular sport due to the unbelievable fun and camaraderie it provides. We are one of South Africa's top OCR facilities that can take you from zero to your own hero. We take people from all fitness levels! Our coaches are all well experienced OCR athletes and will teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled OCR athlete. Even if you don't want to become a "athlete", you will become addicted to the rush after every new milestone you achieve. It's one of the most rewarding activities you can do.

Conditioning Classes

Our Conditioning classes are for all fitness levels and welcomes all ages. We make use of functional movements and body weight exercises in order to get your heart rate up and build up your overall strength. It's a great way to burn lots of calories and get that beach body! You can work at your own rate and according to your own abilities, but in a group environment that will motivate and encourage you to push that extra bit harder. Our programs are tailor-made to accommodate any injuries or special requirements you might have.

HIIT Burn

Our HIIT BURN classes are 30min High Intensity Interval Training classes for those who have very busy schedules and very little time for training, but still want to get a good workout. You will get to burn around 300cal in 30min! 🔥
